At BombayMart, we are committed to offering fast, affordable shipping using Shippo’s reliable shipping network. We partner with major carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to bring your favorite products straight to your doorstep—quickly and securely.

  • All orders $109.00 and above, weighing less than 30 lbs, are shipped FREE.

  • Orders under $109.00, and weighing up to 50 lbs, are shipped at a flat shipping & handling fee of $9.99.

  • Orders over $109.00, and weighing 30–50 lbs, qualify for a discounted flat-rate of $7.99 (average savings of 65%!).

  • Orders exceeding 50 lbs are considered "heavyweight" and are shipped at a discounted flat rate of $0.23 per lb (average savings of 65%!).

  • Lightweight items under 10 oz ship for just $4.99, while items between 10.1 oz and 2 lbs ship at a flat rate of $8.99.

Please note:

  • These rates apply to orders shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states only.

  • We reserve the right to select the best shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for your delivery.

  • Free shipping is not applicable for PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for both the outgoing and return shipping fees, unless the error was on our part. To avoid address-related delays or UPS penalties (up to $18.00 for incorrect addresses), please double-check all address information at checkout.

We do not ship internationally at this time. However, customers are welcome to use freight-forwarding services located in the U.S. to receive international shipments.

Please understand that once an order is placed, we cannot modify, cancel, or remove items from the order.

Carrier delays are not eligible for shipping refunds unless you selected a guaranteed shipping option.
